Why the revenue exists

You already paid to acquire the customer.

Once somebody has booked, most ticketing businesses dramatically under-monetise the remainder of the customer journey. The confirmation goes out, and then silence until departure.

MagiPort turns those post-booking communications into a destination commerce channel — a branded, personalised destination experience around each customer's trip, with the content and commercial ecosystem behind it built and run for you.

  1. 01

    We strategise

Identify what your customers are most likely to need and buy after booking — by route, season and traveller type.

  2. 02

    We build

Create the destination experience around your brand, routes and customer profiles, under your domain.

  3. 03

    We operate

Maintain destination content, commercial products and supplier integrations. Nothing for your team to run.

  4. 04

    We optimise

Use customer profiling and behaviour to direct each traveller towards the most relevant content and offers.

Your job?

Add links to communications you're already sending.

Confirmation emails. Pre-departure reminders. E-tickets. The messages your customers already open — with one link that leads somewhere useful. That is the entire integration.

Methodology

How the model works

Annual digital bookings, multiplied by the travellers each booking reaches, give the reachable population. A modelled share of those travellers open their MagiPort; each visitor generates a modelled gross ancillary revenue across stays, activities, transfers and services.

Travellers = bookings × travellers per booking
Visitors = travellers × visit rate
Gross revenue = visitors × revenue per visitor

Illustrative estimate based on modelled post-booking engagement, conversion and affiliate revenue assumptions. Actual performance will vary by customer profile, destination, traffic source, product mix and commercial agreements.
