These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the magiport.com website and any product preview, trial, or evaluation we make available (collectively, the “Site”). Use of MagiPort production services by a business customer is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement, which prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict.
Acceptance
By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Eligibility
The Site is intended for business use by representatives of airlines, online travel agencies, tourism boards, travel marketplaces, and related travel businesses. You confirm you are acting on behalf of such a business and have authority to do so.
Use of the Site
- You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to derive the source code of the Site beyond what is permitted by law.
- You may not use the Site to send spam, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, or interfere with the integrity or security of our services.
- You agree to provide accurate information in any form on the Site.
Intellectual property
The Site, including all text, graphics, logos, code, and the MagiPort name and marks, is owned by MagiPort Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Site for its intended business purpose. All other rights are reserved.
Beta and preview features
From time to time we may offer preview, beta or early-access features. These are provided “as is”, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and are not subject to any service-level commitment.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and provide such links for convenience only.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
